I confirm that the information I supply will be used exclusively for the purpose of The PA Exchange Ltd’s information network and will be issued to all other PA Exchange members (ie. Classic, Cosmopolitan, Charity, Business, Venues & Hotels) should I wish to request information or promote my business. I have read and agreed The PA Exchange Ltd’s Terms and Conditions and agree to becoming a member of The PA Exchange Ltd’s service.

The PA Exchange Ltd’s members attend PA Exchange Ltd’s events, or any other promoted events or activities, at their own risk and The PA Exchange Ltd cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur during such an event or travelling to such an event.

It is a condition of membership that only PA Exchange Ltd’s members can be invited to attend PA Exchange Ltd’s events, unless otherwise advised by The PA Exchange Ltd.

The PA Exchange Ltd reserves the right to refuse membership.

E-mails are confidential and for use by the addressee only. If the message is received by anyone other than The PA Exchange Ltd member, please return the message to the sender by replying to it and then delete the message from your computer. Internet e-mails are not necessarily secure, The PA Exchange Ltd does not accept responsibility for changes made to this message after it was sent.

No PA Exchange member will forward PA Exchange e-mails onto any 3rd parties.

No PA Exchange member will retain e-mail addresses for their own use.

Whilst all reasonable care has been taken to avoid the transmission of viruses, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the onward transmission, opening or use of this message and any attachments (although no attachments should be sent to The PA Exchange Ltd) will not adversely affect its systems or data. No responsibility is accepted by The PA Exchange Ltd in this regard and the recipient should carry out such virus and other checks as it considers appropriate.

No attachments should be sent when sending PA Exchange Ltd e-mails.

Any opinions expressed in the e-mail are those of the individual and not those of The PA Exchange Ltd. On no account does The PA Exchange Ltd offer advice or recommendations.

The PA Exchange Ltd reserves the right to refuse to forward PA Exchange Ltd e-mails that may not be relevant or are deemed unsuitable.

PA Exchange Ltd members must ensure that all e-mail messages that are sent are expressed in clear and unambiguous terms and The PA Exchange Ltd cannot accept liability for information omitted or which may be open to interpretation.

A PA Exchange Ltd e-mail should not be treated as having been issued by The PA Exchange Ltd unless it is from the mailbox of The PA Exchange Ltd, ie. info@thepaexchange.co.uk

The subject matter in the e-mails sent out to PA Exchange Ltd’s members will be made as clear as possible and if they are of no interest to a member, they should be deleted.

It is a condition of membership that a completed Registration Form and full payment are received by The PA Exchange Ltd, before you can become a member of The PA Exchange Ltd (ie. Cosmopolitan, Charity, Business, Venue & Hotel memberships). At such time an individually numbered PA Exchange Ltd’s membership card will be issued.

The PA Exchange Ltd’s membership is renewable on an annual basis and is not refundable under any circumstance.

Attendance at PA Exchange Ltd’s events will only be honoured on production of a valid PA Exchange Ltd’s Membership card.

PA Exchange Ltd’s Membership cards must not be forwarded to colleagues/friends to use.

In the event of ceasing your membership with The PA Exchange Ltd any membership card should be returned to The PA Exchange Ltd.

Please note any e-mailed correspondence sent to PA Exchange Ltd will be forwarded to all other PA Exchange Ltd’s members and as such the personal/business details you put down in these e-mails will be seen by all PA Exchange members.

The information you supply will be used for the purpose of The PA Exchange Ltd’s information network and will be issued to all other PA Exchange Ltd’s members should you request information.

Areas which will not be covered under The PA Exchange Ltd include :-

• Property/Sales & Lettings – both residential and business
• Selling cars
• Holiday homes/Holiday lets
• Dating/Introduction Agencies
• Individual selling or buying of tickets unless included as part of a hospitality package

The PA Exchange Ltd can accept no liability arising from misinformation provided by third parties.

The PA Exchange Ltd members are asked to conduct themselves in a professional manner whilst attending any PA Exchange Ltd event or any event/activity promoted via The PA Exchange Ltd. If not, their membership will be terminated with immediate effect and no refund given (where appropriate).

When requesting information from other PA Exchange members, the member replying to your query will be copied in on your e-mail address. However this is all channelled through The PA Exchange Ltd.

When responding to a query, please note that your details and e-mail address will be forwarded onto the member seeking assistance. However this is all channelled through The PA Exchange Ltd.

If members are promoting their service via The PA Exchange Ltd, this will allow them a maximum of 6 e-mails per year. For any additional e-mail an extra charge will be incurred per e-mail.

Classic members will not receive a membership card, welcome pack, pen etc

It is at the discretion of The PA Exchange Ltd to promote businesses, as deemed appropriate.

As a result of any goods purchased via The PA Exchange Ltd, The PA Exchange Ltd will not be held liable in anyway.

PA Exchange Ltd mailings maybe sent to Cosmopolitan, Charity, Business, Venue & Hotel members from time to time.

Classic members will have limited access to The PA Exchange Ltd website. Whereas Cosmopolitan, Charity, Business, Venue & Hotel members will have full access to The PA Exchange Ltd website.

The Law of Scotland will apply.
