Somewhere completely different: Easter Kincaple has been in the Cuthill family for over a hundred and ten years.  It is an elegant historical country home which is less than 2 miles from the centre of St Andrews. 

Our accommodation offers its guests luxury ensuite accommodation with every imaginable amenity along the privacy, comfort and use of exclusive public rooms. The house, indoor heated swimming pool, walled garden and working farm land is nestled in its own 750 acres. 

The property borders with St Andrews town, the sea-wall, golf courses and neighbouring villages.  The views are breath taking across the water, fields of seasonal crops and of course the all familiar, distinctive skyline of St Andrews. 

We offer a very high standard of accommodation with additional and entirely optional packages which includes our indoor heated swimming pool, private dinners, lunches, gifts, a meeting room, golf, shooting, airport transfers, private farm tours and other additional privileges within our 750 acres.

For those who would prefer to visit under a non-resident status; why not call and book a massage and a private swimming pool slot (we are open in the evenings) or better still get your husbands or partners to treat you! Perhaps you would prefer to book a family slot in our pool to swim with your children.  Either way, we will welcome you and give you your own space and time to enjoy a little peace and tranquillity.  We also offer cooking demonstrations (using our own produce) and wine tasting evenings, so if you would like to gather your friends together and do something a little different, just let us know and we can arrange an evening or break away tailored to suit your requirements.  I must add that our arranged evenings are very happy to suppor t any kinds of charity fundraising. So if there is something you feel passionate about and you have often thought about doing something with your friends but never quite had the time to bring it to fruition then let us help you make it a reality.
