It is important to the PA Exchange to be as inclusive as possible. This site has been designed to give a practical level of accessibility. The most important aspect of our accessibility policy is a commitment to improvement. We therefore invite comments from all of our users and members. The decision was made not to use either access keys or to define a tab order within each page. The tab order of each page should be logical due to the page layout. There is no standard practice for access keys and the practical benefit of expecting users to remember a set of site specific keys is often outweighed by the annoyance caused by web site access keys clashing with application key combinations.
